Uninsured Drivers
With thousands of uninsured motorists on the road there is every chance you may have been injured in an accident that was caused by an uninsured driver, or your may have been the victim of a 'hit and run'.
In such cases an organisation called the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB), has a legal obligation to fully compensate the victims of uninsured or untraced drivers.
Dealing with the MIB is more difficult than dealing with an insurance company because they have complicated rules and procedures that must be followed or your claim could fail.
We have a specialist unit that has years of experience of dealing with claims against the MIB.
